Local cache

Thread and sender data is cached on disk to reduce Gmail API usage. Clear the thread/sender cache if the displayed data looks out of date, or clear the sender whitelist to reset which senders are auto-approved. Clearing the local cache also clears the senders cache; the sender whitelist is only removed by its own button.
